10. The Home Index Indexer Program
a. Overview. The Home Index Indexer Program is a referral-based rewards system that allows individuals (Indexers) to earn money by helping others navigate the home buying, selling, and renting process. Unlike traditional referral programs that focus solely on real estate agents, this program empowers everyday people to participate in the real estate ecosystem through the sharing of a unique referral link.
b. Eligibility. The Indexer Program is open to all users of our Services. You do not need to be a licensed real estate agent to participate. By joining the program, you agree to abide by these Terms and any additional guidelines specific to the Indexer Program.
c. How the Program Works.
i. Sign Up & Get Your Unique Link. Upon joining the Indexer Program, you will receive a unique referral link tied to your Home Index account along with a personalized QR code. This link directs potential home buyers, sellers, or renters to our platform, where they can be matched with a Home Index-approved agent.
ii. Share Your Link & Earn Rewards. You are encouraged to share your referral link with your network—friends, family, coworkers, or through social media. When someone uses your link to connect with an approved agent and successfully closes on a transaction (whether a purchase, sale, or rental), both you and the referred individual become eligible for financial rewards.
iii. No Limits on Earnings. There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make. Each successfully closed transaction via your link is eligible for reward payouts.
d. Rewards and Financial Breakdown.
i. Indexer Earnings. You may earn up to $200 per closed transaction resulting from your referral.
ii. Referral Reward. The individual you refer will receive up to $1,000 on a Visa gift card upon successfully closing their transaction.
iii. Second-Tier Bonus. If you refer someone who subsequently joins the Indexer Program and that person successfully refers their first home buyer, seller, or renter, you will receive a $25 gift card bonus.
e. Payout & Redemption.
i. Payments are distributed via Visa gift cards after a transaction is fully closed and verified by The Home Index.
ii. Both Indexers and referred clients can expect to receive their payments within 14-30 days of closing.
iii. There are no hidden fees or upfront costs for participating in the Indexer Program.
f. Modifications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Indexer Program, including its rewards structure, at any time and at our sole discretion. In the event of material changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on our Site or through direct communication.
